MSL Las Vegas left fielder Hakon Aerts contributed significantly to his team's 8-7 win over the MSL Philadelphia Liberty. Aerts, who is tied for 6th in the SMSL in triples with 1, went 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Flamingos. The win went to Jesús López in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Denis Teissier took the loss. With the win, the Flamingos have a record of 14-8.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Aerts delivered big-time for MSL Las Vegas, stroking a dramatic 2-run home run off Denis Teissier. The game-changing hit put the Flamingos on top, 8-6.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Aerts.
