Hairama Helps MSL Pittsburgh Bombard MSL Long Island
Led by Kielekea Hairama, the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers downed the MSL Long Island Lighthouse, 14-3. Hairama was 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for the Kingfishers. MSL Pittsburgh, at 14-8, holds down first place in the SL MSL.

With MSL Pittsburgh leading 4-3 in the bottom of the fourth, Hairama hit a cutter from Darryl Nixon for a solo home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Kingfishers ahead, 5-3.

"We lit up the scoreboard," said MSL Pittsburgh manager Ricky Miller.
