Ueno Slugs Cattlemen to 5-3 Win
|
Atsushi Ueno helped his team muscle past the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons, 5-3. In the game, the MSL Ft. Worth third baseman hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Vicente Rodríguez picked up the win, improving his season record to 4-2. He struck out 4 in 7 innings. The triumph puts MSL Ft. Worth at 14-14 for the season.
MSL Ft. Worth grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Ueno hit a 3-run home run off Carlos Camacho. His 2nd home run of the season put the Cattlemen out in front, 5-2.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Ueno said.
