In a low-scoring game between the MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves and the MSL Echo Park Lakers, pitcher Raúl Rodríguez was masterful on the mound. The MSL Vancouver right-hander spearheaded his team's 3-0 win. MSL Vancouver bumps their record to 13-15 with the win.

A crucial at-bat came with a runner on 1st and one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. That's when third baseman Guo-ning Chuko, who is tied for 8th in the SMSL in triples with 1, hit a double. The Grey Wolves went on to win.

"Raúl made some big pitches when he needed to," said Grey Wolves manager Roy Bagnall.
