Cattlemen Get Better of Flamingos, 5-1
The MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen defeated the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos, 5-1. Center Fielder Cullen Thompson deserved a large share of the credit. Thompson was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Cattlemen. Vicente Rodríguez got the win, improving to 1-5. He worked 5.1 innings, giving up no runs on 2 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 5. The Cattlemen sport a record of 13-24.

MSL Ft. Worth took a 5-0 lead on Thompson's 2nd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Jin-woo Park in the bottom of the sixth, propelled MSL Ft. Worth to the win.

MSL Ft. Worth manager Alwin Vreekamp called it "a pretty good win."
