Led by António Pérez, the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers downed the MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen, 6-0. Pérez went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Kingfishers. MSL Pittsburgh is now 26-15, 2½ games up in the SL MSL.

Pérez had a key at-bat for MSL Pittsburgh in the top of the first. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 11th home run of the season and gave MSL Pittsburgh an early 2-0 lead.
