Mockingbirds Clobber Flamingos, 11-1

Riding the 2-hit performance of the 18-year old first baseman Jon Bryant, the MSL Memphis Mockingbirds stopped the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos, 11-1, in 9 innings. The winning streak has now reached 8 games for the Mockingbirds.
Bryant had a big hit for MSL Memphis with two out in the bottom of the third. With MSL Memphis leading 1-0, Bryant hit a grand slam home run. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Mockingbirds up, 5-0.
"This team is hotter than heck," said MSL Memphis manager Royce Rolls.
