Kingfishers Suffer 6-4 Loss to Cattlemen
The MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen overcame a pretty good performance by MSL Pittsburgh shortstop António Pérez, beating the Kingfishers, 6-4, at MSL Ft. Worth Ballpark. Pérez was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The win was credited to Vic Wright in relief. His record improves to 6-3. Reece Carne took the loss. Rodrigo Morán recorded his 6th save for MSL Ft. Worth.

MSL Ft. Worth shortstop Mario Ramos landed a blow when he belted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the first. It was his 4th home run of the season. With it, the Cattlemen took a 5-0 lead.

MSL Ft. Worth manager Alwin Vreekamp was pleased with the team's effort. "It was just a good, gutsy performance by everybody," he said.

The triumph makes MSL Ft. Worth 16-31.
