The game was at a stalemate until second baseman Bikila Ayinde came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Toledo pitcher Dave Hanna, he hit a 0-2 fastball for a 2-run double. It was a game-changer, putting Buckhead on top, 6-4.

"Postseason wins taste oh so sweet," said Madlad after the game.
