Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Baltimore Bullets and Long Island Lighthouse.

Baltimore got a strong outing from Roberto Silva as the Bullets defeated the Long Island Lighthouse, 4-2, at Baltimore Grounds. Baltimore is 8th in the Silver League with a record of 29-46.

Baltimore took a 4-2 lead on Alexander Karshev's 15th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Karshev hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Long Island pitcher Christopher Tracy visibly frustrated.

"Winning is hard sometimes," said Bullets manager Brandon Slouck. "This one was nice to get."
