The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when New Orleans center fielder Saikaku Kato, facing Javier Camacho, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Voodoo the 4-3 win.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Charleston manager Matt Hunt.
