Behind a bravura effort from center fielder Juan Barajas, the Walla Walla Walleye topped the Delmarva Gallos by the score of 13-0 and got their first win in the 2062 SL A Championship. Barajas was 2 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 4 for the Walleye. The win moves Walla Walla into a 1-1 tie with Delmarva.

Barajas had an important at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the eighth, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Walleye went on to win.

Barajas told the Walla Walla Today: "Sometimes the big stage is not big enough for me."

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday at The Cage in Salisbury.
