The Long Island Lighthouse and the New Orleans Voodoo will take the ToC First Round to a decisive 5th game. Facing a must-win situation, the Lighthouse shut out the Voodoo, 3-0, at The Lighthouse to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Long Island left-hander Robert Shafer did his part. He threw 6.2 innings of shutout ball.

Shafer gave Long Island a solid start. The left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 6.2 innings.

"You have to trust that what you're doing is going to produce results," said Shafer.

Game 5 is scheduled for Wednesday at The Voodoo Lounge in New Orleans.
