Kelsey Tate provided a timely hit. The Pittsburgh pinch hitter delivered a bases-clearing triple in the top of the seventh inning to put the Kingfishers on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Tate told the Pittsburgh Daily News.
