Toledo Takes 2-1 Series Lead Behind 4 RBIs from 3B Webster
With pinch hitter Daniel Webster leading the charge, the Toledo Stingers got past the Toronto Thunder, 6-5, in extra innings in Game 3 of the Tournament of Champions. Webster went 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once at Thunder Field as Toledo managed to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for David Ruíz? The 24-year old catcher Ruíz stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put Toledo up, 6-5. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We didn't let this one get away," said Webster.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Thunder Field in Toronto.
