Lighthouse Come Up Short at Las Vegas, 4-3
The Las Vegas Flamingos picked up a win at The Strip, knocking off the Long Island Lighthouse, 4-3. Starting pitcher Paul Ramsey was a big reason why. The first-place Lighthouse now sit at 48-37.

The Flamingos took the lead in the bottom of the fifth when Allen Harris banged a two-out single. Las Vegas had been trailing 3-2, but Harris hit a first pitch sinker from Ken Harding for a 2-run single.

Las Vegas manager Tom Williams was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard, they played all the way through," he said.
