Mockingbirds Get Thrilling 4-3 Win
Memphis starter Juan Cervantes pitched well against the Boston Patriots at Magnolia Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3, in 10 innings. Memphis reliever Nick Long picked up the win, while Yong-hyun Kim took the loss for Boston. Memphis now has a record of 11-9.

The Mockingbirds relied on shortstop Harvey Bush for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the tenth, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

After the game, Memphis manager Beau Carsten applauded the team's effort. "We put some good AB's together," he said.
