PL Top Batter Trophy Won by Mondragon Wednesday, June 1st , 2061 José Mondragon said he hopes everyone remembers his performance in May if he ends up struggling this year. His performance certainly was memorable, as the 28-year-old Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids first baseman was a step ahead all other United States Premier League hitters and was named Batter of the Month. On the month, he hit .298 with 7 home runs, 18 RBIs and 13 runs scored. |
