Matsumoto Day-to-Day with Injury Thursday, August 27th, 2043 The Baltimore Bullets received some welcome news this morning. They will not need to place first baseman Tetsu Matsumoto on the injured list. During yesterday's game against the Kingston Township Knights, he was injured running the bases. The injury, however, is not serious. The Baltimore star performer is listed as day-to-day with a knee sprain. Presently Matsumoto is hitting .342 with 27 home runs and 71 RBIs. He has played in 84 games and scored 60 times. |
