Swap: for Garland Monday, July 16th , 2063 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Thunder announced today the acquisition of 32-year old LHP Mark Garland from the Toledo Stingers in exchange for $4 in cash. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Thunder, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." So far this year, Garland has 1 save in 6 relief appearances with a 4-0 record and 5.03 ERA. |
