Injury Setback for Bullets Dixon Thursday, July 28th , 2061 Baltimore third baseman Nathan Dixon reportedly suffered a setback this week while rehabilitating an elbow contusion. Preliminary tests showed the injury had gotten worse and would need more time to be completely healed. An unidentified team official said it looked like it would be at least one week before Dixon would be able to return to the active roster. Dixon will see a specialist tomorrow. Dixon has collected 63 hits for the Bullets this year, 5 of them home runs. He has also netted 25 RBIs and scored 22 runs while batting .275. |
