Rainbow Mermaids Send Thomas to Toronto Saturday, August 4th , 2063 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Northern Virginia and Toronto as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 24-year old 1B Harvey Thomas to the Thunder and 22-year old RHP David Ramos, 25-year old RHP Finlay Midwinter, 19-year old SS Roger Wilco, and $6 in cash to the Rainbow Mermaids. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Toronto GM. For the year, Thomas is hitting .300 with 9 home runs. His stats include 20 RBI and 31 runs scored. |
