Super Swinger -- Watson Slams 5 Hits Tuesday, September 25th , 2063 Seattle Rocketeers center fielder Nick Watson banged out 5 hits, but it was not enough to keep his club from succumbing to the Boston Patriots, 6-4. He went 5-for-5 and raised his batting average a few points. "If the hits keep coming," an upbeat Watson said after the game, "the runs will too. And, more importantly, so will the wins." Nick Watson doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. So far this season, Watson has 9 home runs and a .330 batting average.
