Rocketeers Swap Phillips to 84s for Nuañez Saturday, March 20th , 2055 Seattle and Greenville have swapped players. The Rocketeers announced today that they have sent 26-year old CF Mike Phillips, 32-year old RHP Juan Concepción, 24-year old minor league RF Matt Turner, 28-year old SS Cho-yeong Yi, and 19-year old minor league LHP Kaluka Ezekiela to the 84s in exchange for 31-year old CF Rubén Nuañez and $7,000,000 in cash. Nuañez's all-time stats include: 928 hits, 193 doubles, 31 triples, 185 home runs and 581 RBIs in 851 games. He is batting .279 with 60 stolen bases and has scored 510 runs. |
