Injury Takes Toll, Jorge Rocha Out Monday, May 17th , 2055 Jorge Rocha expressed his disappointment when he learned that a partially torn labrum would sideline him for 8 weeks. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the lineup," explained Rocha. The center fielder got hurt in today's game with the Panama City Piranhas. He was hurt throwing the ball. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement. Rocha is batting .375 this year with 1 home run, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. He has 9 hits in 24 at-bats. |
