Charles van der Burg Lost for Season Monday, June 5th , 2062 The season is ending on a bad note for Charles van der Burg, reliever for the Washington Generals. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. van der Burg was hurt against the Columbia River Rats while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for at least 14 months. |
