Year Ends for Tom Morris in Matlacha Monday, July 5th , 2060 The season is ending on a bad note for Tom Morris, starting pitcher for the Matlacha Manatees. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Morris was hurt against the Caldwell Chiefs while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn labrum and will be out for at least 5 months. This year, Morris has fanned 30 in 31 innings and collected a 2-1 record with a 2.03 ERA. |
