Harris Sizzles -- Smokes Torch for 5 Hits Wednesday, July 11th , 2063 It takes more than one player to win a baseball game - as proven by Ed Harris of the Pontiac Godfathers. The Pontiac third baseman gave it his all and dominated Mancelona Torch pitching at Torch Field, finishing with a great 5-for-5 line. However, when the game ended, the scoreboard showed the Torch going home the winner, 5-3. "There's no point gloating about a 5-hit day in a loss," Harris said. "A loss just means you should have done more. Maybe I should have hit 5 home runs instead." Ed Harris doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
