Hashimoto Nabs 3A Outstanding Hitter Award Wednesday, September 27th , 2045 The manager of the Syracuse Storm said he thinks Takeichi Hashimoto is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 23, but it will be hard to top the third baseman's 2045 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .241 batting average and a .331 on-base percentage this year. In 88 games he piled up 77 hits, 11 doubles, no triples, 25 home runs, 78 RBIs and 51 runs scored. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Dave van Schaack of the Yucca Valley Yellows finished second in voting, while Mike Sherman of the Pontiac Godfathers finished third.
