Season May Be Over for Bulls Dixon Sunday, August 12th , 2063 Scot Dixon of the Bulls just might have to call it quits for the season. The 22-year-old Belleville reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Delmarva Gallos recently at Belleville Field. Dixon suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch. The Bulls medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 10 months. Running the numbers on Dixon for the year, he has made 19 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 2-0 won-lost mark with a 0.98 ERA. In pitching 36.2 innings, he has totaled 31 strikeouts and 9 walks. |
