Rocky Mountain Wins Top Spot in Menard's A Friday, September 2nd , 2061 The pennant has been won, the Rocky Mountain Vibes are champions of the Menard's A. Center Fielder Vernon Farr said his team is a "gritty and determined" club that were poised to win the division from day one. "We knew the day the season opened that we'd be champions," he said. "It was just a matter of going out there and doing it." At the helm, team manager Fred Leos said his club is certainly not short on confidence. "There's a lot of belief in the dugout and in the clubhouse," he said. Rocky Mountain's record currently sits at 58-33 and it's the 6th division win for the franchise. |
