Generals Luis Salaza Down and Out for Year Wednesday, August 16th , 2062 The season is finished for Luis Salaza of the Washington Generals. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Generals starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Pontiac Godfathers. Team doctors said it would take at least 7 months to heal. For the year, Salaza has a 3-10 record with a 5.19 ERA in 18 starts. |
