Sutton Named Top Reliever for 3A Friday, September 22nd , 2062 Gerald Sutton said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 21 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Columbia River Rats rising star has won the M3L Single A Reliever of the Year Award for 2062. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.53 ERA over 58.2 innings. He also had 11 saves in 36 relief appearances, 45 strikeouts and only 20 walks. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 12. Marty Harber of the Idaho Falls Chukars finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Rovilson Elemia of the Laredo Hawks finished third.
