Sunday, September 25th , 2061
The future looks extremely bright for Vernon Farr. At the age of 24, many players are still trying to find their way in M3L Single A.
Farr has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award.
"I didn't expect to hit .312 this year, that's for sure," the center fielder said.
The Rocky Mountain Vibes star also put up a .396 on-base percentage this year, with 119 hits, 19 doubles, 2 triples, 18 home runs, 44 RBIs and 69 runs scored.
He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Kade Walls of the Rocky Mountain Vibes finished second in voting, while Sakutaro Kato of the Niagara Falls Expos finished third.
