Ramírez Bewilders Hobeaus, 7-0 Friday, August 7th , 2054 Today was Ramiro Ramírez's turn in the rotation for the Eugene Vandals and he made the most of it, shutting out the Smoky Mountain Hobeaus on 5 hits. The 21-year-old right-hander led the Vandals to an easy 7-0 victory, allowing no walks and tallying 7 strikeouts. "I hope we miss him next time," Smoky Mountain manager Hong Wei Cao said.
