Jones Fashions Shutout Against Liberty U-24 Monday, August 30th , 2060 It wasn't easy but Tazz Jones made it look that way. Jones silenced the Philadelphia Liberty U-24, 5-0, in a Put-In-Bay Commodores triumph at Liberty Youth Field. Despite the appearance of dominance, Jones said that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 7 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
