Watson Collects PA Pitching Award Friday, June 1st , 2063 Any time a rookie makes a splash on the scene, it's got to be great for his career potential. Just ask Dusty Watson, who put together a stellar month out of the pen. The Chicago Tula reliever, 22, kept the opposition off balance all month as he held them to a .179 average and walked away with the USPL Single A Pitcher of the Month award for May. Watson posted a 1-0 mark and a 0.84 ERA in 12 relief appearances. In 10.2 innings, he had 10 saves, 12 strikeouts, and 1 walk. |
