PA Star of the Week Named Monday, July 25th , 2061 It was some kind of week for Jorge Hernández of the South Beach Blaze. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .471 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the USPL Single A. Last week Hernández went 8-for-17, chalked up 4 home runs and 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. In this current campaign Hernández is hitting at a .247 clip with 8 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
