Chicago's Mazet Chosen PA Batter of the Month Monday, August 1st , 2061 For a rookie just breaking in, Jean Mazet certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the PA Batter of the Month award for July. The 22-year-old first baseman for the Chicago Tula hit .317 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and 12 runs scored. This year, Mazet has collected a .280 batting average to date with 53 hits in 189 at-bats, 35 RBIs, 17 home runs and scored 34 times. He has played in 62 games. |
