July's Premier Pitcher Announced by PA Monday, August 1st , 2061 There's no doubt that Blaze starter Dani Rodríguez earned his USPL Single A Pitcher of the Month award. He left absolutely no room for doubt as he mowed his way through the opposition in July. During the month Rodríguez was 4-0 with a 1.12 ERA. He made 5 starts, tossed 40 innings and had 31 strikeouts. This year, Rodríguez has a 9-2 mark in 15 starts with a 2.69 ERA. He has given up 97 hits in 100.1 innings, struck out 83 and issued 37 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .253 batting average against him. |
