Cowan's Season Could be Over Sunday, August 12th , 2063 The season is apparently over for Carson Cowan. The Newmarket Rogues medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 11 months with a torn rotator cuff. Cowan was hurt in the game against Monroeville while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Cowan's record this year is 0-and-0 with no saves and a 2.38 ERA. He has given up 12 hits in 11.1 innings with 10 strikeouts. |
