Week's Premier Performer Honored by PA Monday, September 5th , 2061 South Beach Blaze right fielder Jiao-long Tow had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the USPL Single A named him Player of the Week. Tow banged out 13 hits in 31 at-bats on the way to a .419 batting average. He also racked up 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. So far this season, Tow has gotten 82 hits in 267 at-bats for a .307 batting average with 25 home runs. His stats include 65 RBIs and 46 runs scored. He has played in 70 games. |
