Vandals Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, September 2nd , 2060 Jack Albert said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Eugene Vandals after they missed the USPL Single A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. The Vandals have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 15 years as a USPL Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2057. Eugene has won the PL A Championship 2 times in their history. |
