USPL Single A Pitcher of the Year Named Sunday, September 23rd , 2063 Bob Heath of Philadelphia excelled on the mound in 2063 with a 10-5 record and was named the USPL Single A Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. The Liberty U-24 star put on quite a show with a 2.28 ERA in 18 starts and 130 strikeouts in 134 innings. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Bryan Miller of the Philadelphia Liberty U-24 finished second in voting, while Ben Watkins of the Eugene Vandals finished third.
