He may have less experience than most of his USPL Single A peers, but that didn't slow Jiao-long Tow down at all in 2061.

At the age of 22, the South Beach right fielder has been named the winner of the USPL Single A Outstanding Hitter Award.

He had a .306 batting average and a .368 on-base percentage this year. In 71 games he piled up 83 hits, 13 doubles, no triples, 25 home runs, 65 RBIs and 47 runs scored.

"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."

He received 8 first place votes out of a possible 10. Santos Mata of the Lake Erie Arryns finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Tim Bender of the Chicago Tula finished third.
