Panama City Rookie Hurls His Way to SL Honor Friday, June 1st , 2063 The Rookie of the Month Award has been selected and the United States Silver League honor went to Panama City hurler, Neil Smith. For his excellent outings in May he has been named the league's top rookie. During the month in 0 starts, Smith was superb with a 3.52 ERA and 4 wins and 1 loss. In 15.1 innings he struck out 12 and gave up 13 hits and 1 walks. |
