Theissen Hits 3 Homers Saturday, June 25th , 2061 Philadelphia left fielder Loflinger Theissen blasted three homers at Detroit Stadium in the 8-5 Liberty victory over the Detroit Rock City. For the game, Loflinger Theissen scored 4 times and knocked in 5 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Theissen when he reached home plate. "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 3-for-4, three roundtrippers and a win," a gleeful Theissen told BNN reporters in a postgame interview. "What a day." Loflinger Theissen struck out in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off José Martínez in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off António Haritos in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Dave Franks in the 9th.
