Ft. Worth Ships Luther to Buffalo Monday, July 23rd , 2063 The Ft. Worth Cattlemen and Buffalo White Walkers have put the finishing touches on a deal that was weeks in the making. Ft. Worth will part with 43-year old RHP Martin Luther, while the White Walkers have dealt $69 in cash. "This one took a while to figure out," said Ft. Worth general manager Scott Thompson. "We must have gone back to the drawing board five or six times over the past few weeks. I'm glad we finally got the deal done. I think it is a good one for both clubs." To date he has nailed down 1 saves for his club. In 5 relief appearances, Luther has 3 strikeouts in 5.2 innings with a 9.53 ERA and a 1-1 mark. |
