Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Monday, August 8th , 2061 Amador Licopit of Las Vegas and Steve Kidd of Detroit were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Licopit will have to miss 5 games for his part in the brawl, while Kidd was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Licopit is batting .200 with 0 home runs and 7 RBIs this season. Kidd has a 2-9 season record so far. In 15 starts, he has fanned 62 batters in 77.2 innings with a 6.26 ERA. |
