SL Starter of the Month Goes to Harding Saturday, September 1st , 2063 This month when the Long Island manager wrote the name "Harding" on the lineup card, he was confident that he would get a good start out of him. Outing after outing in August Ken Harding took command and usually got the win. He dominated with a 5-1 mark and 3.56 ERA in 6 starts, piling up 43 innings and 37 strikeouts and holding opposing teams to a .244 average. For his superb performance Harding was named the United States Silver League Pitcher of the Month by the baseball writers. This year, Harding has posted a 12-5 mark in 22 starts and has a 3.56 ERA. |
