SL Announces Best Batter Award Thursday, September 1st , 2061 Philadelphia left fielder Rhys Jeffes was certainly bad news for pitchers in the month of August. He wore them out, going 34 for 81, and was rewarded with the United States Silver League Batter of the Month award. He hit .420 with 11 home runs, 20 RBIs and scored 21 runs. Jeffes is currently batting .339 with 23 home runs and 51 RBIs. |
